We use this event not only to bring our community offline and to encourage real peer-support networks and discussion of issues, but 100% of our profits has always gone directly to peer organizations that aid in decriminalisation efforts.
SMUT CLUB FILM FESTIVAL was established in 2018 by a small group of queer sex workers who were inspired by the latest wave of internet censorship (specifically the FOSTA-SESTA bills that decimated the industry) to create an event that instead celebrates our diversity and resilience.
